Operation process

1.Booking

  After made the discussion in quotation with clients, please provide the detailed information contains number of goods,gross weight and volume.

  We would book the space according to the detailed information from clients.

  After confirmed by airlines, they will inform us the freight note.

2.Operation

  Each client must sent the Documents of Application to Customs to our company or Customs Broker which our company would sent the detailed information, meanwhile, please transfer the goods to our appointed warehouse.

  In terms of the content in Documents of Application to Customs, please fill in it according to our request in order to clear the Customs successfully.

   After received the Documents of Application to Customs,we would check it first and sent it to Customs.

   Before Customs Clearance, workers in airport would double weight the goods.

   After double weighted,workers in airport would inform our customs declarer, we would adjust the information according to the final date which reported by airport. (Please support the paper without anything but companies’s stamp to us first)

   During the operation, our Customs declarer should collect much information about the goods, please understand.

3.Preparing the documents

   Our company would prepare the MAWB according to the final weight which supported by airport and detailed consignee and shipper which supported by clients.

4.Transportation

   After clear the Custom, the goods would be transferred to destination.
