3.Packing list

   Net weight/gross weight should be written in the packing list because the Custom has strict requirement in weight. Each case of goods should be double weighted by Custom and the net weight must less than gross weight.

   All dates in documents should be consistent with inspection document.

4.AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR CUSUTOMS DECLARATION

5.Bill of entry

   All kinds of date should be written on Bill of entry.

6.To prepare at least 4 copies with shipper’s stamp.

7.Description of products

   For pharmaceuticals, chemicals and other goods, need to provide the manufacturer the non-dangerous goods certificate and issued by the authorities to transport of goods (i.e., at DGM appraisal)
